Lactalis Australia in The Community

Lactalis Australia is dedicated to a number of local charities at both a corporate and local level.

Foodbank is Australia’s largest food relief organisation, providing vital support to vulnerable community members;

• Lactalis has been a proud supporter of Foodbank for over 10 years*
• In excess of 900,000kg of milk and dairy products donated*

St Vincent’s Charity provide crucial assistance to people experiencing homelessness in Australia;

• Lactalis Senior Leaders take part across the country in the Annual CEO Sleepout
• Collectively raised +$9000, which was then matched by Lactalis and donated*
• Employees also run successful clothing drives, participate in the Christmas Giving Tree & volunteer in clothing centres*

White Ribbon Australia is part of a global social movement working to eliminate gendered violence.

• In November 2017, Lactalis proudly became the first private manufacturing business in Australia to be White Ribbon accredited.*
• Our aim is to increase domestic violence awareness within our employees and have a greater positive impact in the communities we are involved in.*
• Employees manage fundraising drives and raise awareness at a local level across the Nation.

The Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia (RMHC) mission is to support the ever-changing needs of seriously ill children and their families;

• Lactalis Australia Annual Charity Golf Day assists in raising much needed funds. +$87k was last raised at this event.*
• Lactalis also supplies refrigeration and essential food items, such as milk, yoghurt & other dairy products to the various accommodation RMHC provides*

Lactalis Group is a leader in the production and distribution of foods that are essential for everyday wellness with milk, dairy beverages and fruit beverages, manufactured all around Australia.*

Our Farmers - NSW

We have over 485 Farms Nationally, 97% of them are Family Owned Australian Businesses*.

Lactalis does about 100,000 farm pickups & deliveries each year using contracted local transport companies creating employment opportunities in regional areas around the Nation*.

That equates to around 955 million litres of Milk each year*.

• 56 Farming Families across the State of NSW*
• 90 m Litres collected in NSW*
• Milk collected from 3 Regions across NSW*
• All Milk delivered to Lactalis Lidcombe & Brisbane for processing
